Birthday Party Package
BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT ELITE
Birthday Party Fee - $300
Includes:
- 3-hour rental of up to 2 rooms at Elite
- Themed dance party coordinated by our Birthday Coordinator Miss Lucy
- Use of tables and chairs
- Entry for up to 10 dancers
- Trash receptacles and removal

30-minute dismissal, breakdown and clean up
- We can accommodate dance parties for all children regardless of age or gender. If you have a specific theme for the party the teacher can customize the dance party to fit your theme.
- We can allow up to 15 dancers in a party. Our package includes up to 10 dancers. Anything over the 10 will be an additional $15 per dancer.
- All dancers must have a parent or guardian sign a virtual release waiver to participate in the party. The link to the waiver will be provided to you. It is your responsibility to send to all your guests prior to party.
- We can allow up to one adult per dancer in the building for the party.
- Food, decorations, goody bags are not provided by Elite. You are welcome to bring those in.
- A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due one week prior to your party.
- If a child does not attend or cancel last minute that amount cannot be refunded. If a child decides to come last minute and goes over the final number paid there will be an additional charge.
- Payments can be made by cash or check to our front office staff.
- We do not have any food storage, like fridge or freezer.
- Parties can take place upon availability of studios and our teacher.
